Europe’s largest soft drinks plant by volume is to run on combined heat and power in a move toward ‘greening’ its production process.

Coca-Cola Enterprises’ bottling factory in Wakefield, Yorkshire, UK will get on-site power from a CHP plant, which will save 1500 tonnes of CO2 per year, the company said.
